Just so I am following this, this is a TRAVEL ban? I guess because once a refugee is in the borders it is next to impossible to get rid of them?
So the only choice Trump has now is getting in his Supreme Court Judge, OR, and this would really be out there and unprecedented. Could he do a blanket ban against ALL travel to the US?
So where do we stand? What is the next move?

This seeming simple harmless ban is starting to look like a well planned Judaical and Legislative attempt to politically overthrow the United States government.

Why are these black robed radical Judiciary and these rabid Democrats, along with their closet conspirator establishment Republicans fighting so hard against what was and is simple harmless standing order.
If the Office of the President and our Executive Branch is stripped of it's power to act immediately to defend our country and people from all enemies foreign and domestic .
It will place the President and the Executive Branch at the mercy of all federal judges, activist and otherwise. This is dangerously absurd.
We live in a world in a constant state of war. Most everyday some country is hit.
We live in a world of suit case nukes, missiles, dirty bombs, bio weapons, 9/11 type suicide attacks and rouge terrorist nations.
To place the Office of President and all the Executive Branch, the entire Armed Forces, and the President and the law enforcement agencies under him, in a position to ,as this very case does, of having to spend days trying to get the Courts or House and Senate, someone to give him permission to act before he can give the order protect our country our and people.
The only common sense reason I can see for so many grown men whose first job duty is the same as the President's, to keep us safe
To act in such a reckless manner so as to violate the Constitution and leave open the country's borders to these constant immense dangers is to be insane
Either that or they want to shift the balance of power to the Courts and Legislative branches, gutting the power of the Executive branch and bringing down our government
Which in this case make them both insane and the greatest danger of all.
He could have refused to enforce at first and challenged the order and stalled while he took his case to the people and tried to push through a judge though i doubt he would get enough votes.
He should have secured his beachhead a little better at first.
It's the back stabbing entrenched Republicans that going to be his downfall if it happens.
There are more of them than we know and they are just as ruthless and hateful scum as the democrats they just dress nicer pat you the back and smile.

Jay Sekulow on Hannity had it right last night...the JD lawyers were arguing like they wanted to lose this case. Remove them and put Sekulow in charge.

What are the odds that the DHS would have backed off enforcement of the recent Trump travel ban from terrorist countries had Barry issued the same order and someone gotten the same order from a judge against it? Slim to none.
Democrats didn't spend the past forty years fighting every battle over anyone appointed to any Federal bench for no reason, it's long been part and parcel of their plan to put their own little tin god in power and have them rule whether the democrat party can hold any seats in either the House or Senate.

The tag line refers to the 2008 election. After having to vote for McCain, I stopped voting until 2016. The names here refer to some old timers, neither of whom I’ve seen for many years. IMO, Condoleezza Rice would have beat the pants off of Barry Soetoro.
(Then we had Romney, whom I saw as a big phony, so I just gave up.) Trump has given me new hope for the republic. Enough with this far-left and RINO crap!
