Neither my wife, nor I, could understand how we used so many, either.

I yelled out, “Did we use different people every week, promising all they could emigrate to the US?”

One interpreter has killed two assailants who would have killed the charity CEO guy (who was an Iraq solder veteran). I can understand helping that interpreter.

But the argument was made these Iraqis should be considered “US military veterans.” Really?

Okay that got me fired up as a vet with documented vet ancestors back to the revoluntary war.

We have some younger relatives, who do interviewing of possible employees with companies large enough to have a HR dept. They have told all of us too disturbing new issues from their HR people. They live and work in different states and for different companies. Those serious issues were probably driven by Obama thugs in their final months forced on medium to large companies across America.

1, They can’t ask Veterans what type of discharge they got.

2. Applicants don’t have to say if they have been arrested.

One of our adult off springs got into his HR flunky with both #1 and #2.

#1. He challenged the HR flunky with this remark, “Why are you discriminating against people like my Dad, grandparents, uncles and cousins who served honorably and received an honorable discharge? Shouldn’t a less than honorable discharge be a serious red flag not to hire that person?

He was told that he couldn’t ask about discharges under the new company policy.

#2. He asked if the company hired a criminal, and that person did criminal acts after being hired, while on the job, could the company and he be responsible. The HR flunkie told him that was not his job to determine if someone was a criminal based on their criminal record.

One of the HR hires, sent to him failed to show up to work for a day, and his excuse was, “he had to see his parole officer.”

He refused to tell our relative, who his parole officer was and his phone number for verification

The company did a random drug test (still allowed), and the guy never showed up for work after the test. He had several drugs on board, legal and illegal and was close to the alcohol limit re driving.

So the HR hire was terminated. After he was fired, he still was claiming that he was working and used our relative’s name as an employment credit reference. All types of credit problems on this guy came out. Our relative referred all of these call to the HR flunky.

The above is an example of what happens, when the Rat pcism flows over into the business world.

We need to support Trump as he gets rid of these horrible and crippling policies re who can be hired and why .
