Chris Christie told Fox News’ “The O’Reilly Factor” on Thursday that President Donald Trump’s executive order pausing immigration from seven predominantly Muslim countries “wasn’t communicated … in the right way governmentally” to ensure smooth implementation, which gave the Left the opportunity to mischaracterize the policy.
“It wasn’t explained in the right way, and it wasn’t communicated — it seems to me — in the right way governmentally to make sure that it was implemented smoothly in the beginning, and so a lot of the way the left has now mischaracterized what I think is a policy that really has moved the country in the right direction. Full agree with you. Democrats and progressives can always produce fake problems out of nothing, as long as they are determined to destroy Trump.
You know, Trump should have given a few weeks notice to allow a mad rush of degenerates to get into the country, and also that would allow enough time for massive violent protests at every single major airport in the country causing chaos for days on end until the National Guard had to be sent in making it a disastrous.
Instead it was 48 hours of crying, and it was over with. We already moved on but the babies haven’t.

Christie pretends that he hasn’t realized that the so called “communicated in the right way governmentally” means “leak”, and McCain and RINOs would have taken action to kill the EO on behalf of Democrats.
And rightly so if he acts like that.
The only thing that devolved into hysteria was the libs that planned a hysterical reaction months before Trump took office. It was all for show and media and politicians egged them on.

I think Christie accused Trump of preventing a leak from happening to the executive order, or preventing McCain from killing the EO before it was issued.
He got it right.
There should have been an effective date 24 or 48 hours in the future. Stranding people at airports just gave the MSM human interest material and played into the hands of the Left.

That’s another good point. Trump knows he has a leak but hasn’t found the person or people yet. He did this fast and with a trusted few.
Yes I would say that is the cheapest and fastest way to move Governor Christie from point A to point B.
