Wonder if the left and NEVER TRUMPERS will be happy when there is ANOTHER 9/11!!!! These people WILL ALL have blood on their hands!!! Trump NEEDS to take this to the bully pulpit and OUT this Judge for NOT protecting American lives!! Let the public handle this Judge!!! He WILL BE HIDING under his bench in no time!!!

Not sure exactly what remaining appellant remedies exist at this point.
Moreover, it’s a damned travesty that President Trump likely won’t have his Attorney General Jeff Sessions to back him up until next Wednesday at the earliest (Sessions’ final Senate confirmation will be further delayed to allow him to cast his vote for Education nominee Betsy Devos, whose fate ultimately looks to be in VP Pence’s hands).
It certainly seems that far too many people in this country are both stupid and utterly suicidal!!
