I don’t recall ever hearing an ex-Bush official who was Counselor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy and served as a senior adviser at Obama’s State Department making these kinds of statements, do you?
Furthermore, I never heard a single person except for a very infrequent crank say that all elections would be stopped and that Obama would never leave office.
I don’t think you can make an equivalence of what we are seeing now with the increasing unhinged left, with anything of that scope and level on the right in the last eight years.
And I say that with the conviction that we had far more reason to justifiably believe the last President and his administration were domestic enemies of this country.
I can make an equivalence that there are crazies on both sides - and I did. That much is unassailable.
