Given what happened in Syria I suspect that the Military is the reason we didn’t progress to WWIII with Russia over a no-fly-zone.
I suspect that Obama was told that the military was done with supporting ISIS take over of Syria, and that if the order was given, there would be revolt, and Obama would be exposed for his crimes.
