They are going to need larger doors for all those exits.
There is no protection for insubordination.
If the mgmt team cannot gain enthusiastic cooperation, fire them and put somebody in that can.
Rinse and repeat as necessary.
Oh, and unions cannot protect incompetence either.

Yes it is! To use the cliché from the 1970s, "When you're up to your a$$ in alligators, it's hard to remember your original intention was to drain the swamp."
But I think we've elected a pretty good alligator exterminator with a staff that knows all the dark hiding places within the bureaucracy. We need to get Tom DeLay back on the job. Not only did he run a pest control company before becoming a Congressman, he was known by the nickname "The Exterminator" as well as "The Hammer" for his work in slimming down government.
I worked for a Fortune 500 company, out of college. We had folks who would ‘accidentally’ trip on a box of copier paper....then, amazingly, be out on disability for months - years. They finally sent a PI out to check a few of these moochers out. One lady was caught at a casino, jumping up and down, over her (other) jackpot.
I can only imagine how much harder it is to get fired from a fed union job.
How about keep them all but move their offices to Nome Alaska - North to Alaska North the rush is on.
Oh that is not nice to do to Alaskans I suppose.

Trump doesn't have to fire people for cause, he just has to reorganize the Departments and realign positions for efficiency. Then, he has the workers compete against each other for the new jobs.
So they don't get fired, they just get shuffled into new roles that they may or may not like.

It is my understanding that being fired for cause is usually a disqualifier for receiving unemployment benefits.
Sabotage is to be expected whenever the RATs lose power.
These dopes are making the job of NEUTRALIZING them so much easier by identifying who they are.
They have no power over WHAT work they are assigned. It’s not cost-effective but any employee who refuses to co-operate get shuffled over to “Deadwood Row” given a desk and computer but not their former duties.
Not hard to do once Trump has the chain of command in place. Most employees will see this and shut up and forget about rebelling.

Unless they are political appointees, it is very hard to fire them. You must have documentation out the wazoo to get it done and then it may still not happen. That’s why the unions were & are a bad idea for Federal employees.
