He’s only going to hold the position for a week or two until Sessions is voted in.
Well it’s just temporary until Sessions is confirmed.
And I’m sure Trump verified that he would support and defend the ban before he named him.
He set his two big feet on the soil of China. Also Albania. Pretty ballsy.
My thoughts go back to the sentiments of each side back in 1860. Each side thought it would be a quick victory for themselves. The horrendous bloody carnage, the treatment of POWs, etc. was beyond description.
And that war, IMO, wasn’t really a civil war as much as it was a geographical war. This time, although there are many areas solidly in one camp or the other, there are still many areas where disagreement is neighbor to neighbor, friend to friend, family member to family member.
Yes, one side will win. The cost will be severe. And yet, if it is not resolved, the cost may be just as severe.
In any case, tonight I’m feeling the extent of the gravity of the whole state of the union, and it is not a pretty sight. God help us all, Sarah.

You may be right. Things seem to reaching a boiling point. I have a dog in this fight too. I’m still young enough to do my part in preserving the America I took an oath to defend against enemies foreign and domestic. My childrens future depends upon the millions of patriots doing the same thing. There are a ton of keyboard warriors on Fakebook etc. I don’t think this will be a key stroke fight this time though.
Check on this thread for the statement from Boente, pledging to follow the law and enforce the ban. The Trump administration is new, but they aren’t stupid. The guy was seriously vetted before being promoted.
Now, it’s not impossible he’d turn into being a snake....but it’s unlikely.

It seems like it’s the whole world’s power elite/infrastructure/wealth that makes war against President Trump, and we the people.
Although there are loonies downstream, at the top, they are well-funded and organized.
My sense is that it will be beyond awful. It feels like we are right at the edge of it spilling over into full out war. That’s why I am praying so much throughout each day and in the evenings.
