Haha, CNN’s focus now moved away from border control to the new squirrel.

Zombie snowflake “walkers” heads will be exploding all over the place. They want a “mainstream” nominee like those two activist bimbos Kagen and Sotomayor. LOL! Expect more tears from Crybaby Chucky Schumer. He’ll be seeing tears on the faces of the “scales of justice” lady statues all over the world. LOL.

Chuck Schumer is my senator ( whether I like it or not ). We know him very well. There is not a TV camera he will not hog. That’s just him.

This position he took from Harry Reid just gives him more opportunity to do what he’s always done.

Odd?

You STILL don’t get Trump? After all my teachings young Padewan?

Every day, Trump has 3-4 agenda items designed to put cheese in the maze. The fake news runs after the cheese while Trump issues exec orders, gets foreign nations behind him, and governs.

This may or may not be the cheese, but there is nothing at all odd about the timing. This is “Flood The Zone.” You defeat Alinskyism by putting out so much action they cannot possibly mobilize against all or isolate any. They run out of energy.

A lot of the chatter seems to suggest Gorsuch.

I’m sure there are three folders of opposition research waiting for the Dems to spring into action as soon as the announcement as made. I think what I’d want to know is what would be different between the three finalists.

The fact that Gorsuch is skeptical of the Chevron deference is a big positive for him in my book.

Chevron v. NRDC (1984) was the case that established that companies could be judged by studies put out by enviroweenie organizations, thus creating something like "sue and settle", except with a third party (FedGov and the enviroweenie NGO being the first and 2nd parties). Chevron is pinpointed at the linchpin of European-style administrative law in the US.

IANAL, just an informed citizen.
