It can correctly be stated that there is no inherent Constitutional right for any non citizen of the USA to enter the country. They come only with our permission which can be denied at any time.
And the President does have that power, Jimmy Carter did it during the embassy takeover.
Yes, but will some ignorant anti-President Trump federal judge override this as a political statement? Can a federal government stay this? They already ignore our constitutional rights, what’s to stop them from saying that we cannot control our border as well?

Just like EVERY OTHER COUNTRY in the world has the sole right control who comes into their country and when they have to leave.
It amazes me that people make out like it is only the USA that assumes this sovereign right.
