Amidst employees in tears following the election of Donald Trump, the Environmental Protection Agency is offering counseling sessions on "dealing with change."

[Snip]

Topics included "How to deal with change," "How do you keep your composure and make better decisions under pressure?" "How can you spend your energy more wisely—and have more as a result?" and "How do you recognize and eliminate harmful habits that cause you stress?"

The agency's Employee Counseling and Assistance Program held the sessions, which also covered "How can you stop yourself from getting hurt and/or angry?"

Ya, they passed out copies of “Who Moved My Cheese?”.

Standard practice just prior to a huge layoff.

Give yourself a YES! few minutes by watching Evan Sayet on Youtube, speaking at the Heritage Foundation. He nails the root evil in Liberalism and illustrates it so perfectly! As you listen to his explanation, many of the previous president’s spittle words will ring in your head because Sayet exposes why these utterances were so fundamentally anti-American! “unskilled paper pushers and would never hire them to do any real work.”

I’m a mechanical engineer, working on another of many startups. It’s HARD work, with no guarantee of success or a payday. Even the high skilled techies at the EPA have no usable skills in such an environment.

I work very close with the EPA and currently work on several EPA funded contracts. Needless to say, the mood at EPA even prior to the Election was seemingly dark. It’s almost like they knew what the outcome was going to be and we’re preparing for a Trump Administration.

Should have spent the time and money giving them counseling on preparing resumes and doing job interviews....

Even in those cases where federal employees have developed some useful technical and managerial skills, the problem is that lots of them worked in an environment where no one was ever held accountable for anything. They just don’t know how to function in a productive environment.

Some of the biggest bullies on the face of the planet need counseling? F. them. Send the counseling to the people that the EPA screwed over. Better yet, give them control of their land back.

How much is this costing the agency? They need to be trained to stop spending money on stupid things that will cause you to lose your job.

Give them the same counseling services that they offered to those who’s lives they destroyed on a daily basis.

I can just see the all-hands memo:

"Attention all employees,

Please do not use the Lactation Rooms for crying and emotional displays. There are designated Bereavement Zones marked on each floor for your use, each with a sign-up sheet for individual or group counseling.

Thank You.

(signed, ______________, Temporary Acting Regional Administrator)"

Wasting our tax dollars on these counseling sessions. Fire them all.

The problem with the EPA is they are all progressive liberals. These counseling sessions are only going to give way to ‘secretive’ behaviors to undermine the Executive Authority. If they can’t be trusted to follow the direction of the Executive, they need to be let go from their positions.

President Trump is their boss, not anyone else. Subverting his authority is tantamount to treason.

After all the real tears these petty liberal SS troops have caused real Americans, I would skip the classes and go right to pink slips.
