A million ‘climate scientists’ are wondering how they’ll keep up the payments on the Porsche and the summer house on the lake, courtesy of vast mobs of suckers worldwide.

President Donald Trump will sign an executive order Thursday indirectly targeting the Paris climate summit agreement signed by the Obama administration seeking to reduce carbon emission levels over the next two decades.

No such executive order was signed on Thursday or Friday.

Why don’t Trump send it to be voted on in congress?

...

My guess is because it’s slow, low energy, and not necessary.

Because CONGRESS never signed anything, Obama didn’t confer with CONGRESS, but rather, did it himself, with a declaration, which exceeds his powers.

exactly Trump should call it a unratified treaty and send it to be voted on in the senate and kill it never to be resurrected.

Recent reports show 200 countries have reaffirmed pledges to comply with the Paris deal...

I wonder how many of them get welfare checks to help them comply....

One of the questions I’ve had is what the executive authority is they are going on, given that appropriations generally can direct those decisions.”

The same executive authority Obola abused for eight years.

Karma's a Hillary.
