It has been shown that most of the funds sent to Palestine for concrete work, ended up being used for invasion tunnels, and schools (which became warehouses for missiles).
They don't want to rebuild, rather they want resources to invade and attack Israel
and they are ably assisted by the United Nations and UNESCO.
