Failing dictators have a penchant for lashing out before they go down. I hope there are a few reasonable generals left, and they aren’t executed by anti-aircraft guns before it happens.
+1 to your comment. IF he thinks his regime is about to collapse he will “push the buttons” and release all hell on Seoul and areas of South Korea in general AND any parts of Japan that he can reach with his missiles. Nuclear or not. :(
