President Trump is expected to take executive actions on immigration this week that will include ordering the construction of a border wall with Mexico on Wednesday, according to multiple reports.
Trump tweeted from his personal account about his plans on Tuesday evening, noting a “big day" ahead. "Big day planned on NATIONAL SECURITY tomorrow. Among many other things, we will build the wall!,” he tweeted.

Trump meets the Mexican President next week and the kenyan has promised to “weigh in” if Trump stops DACA. So it makes sense for Trump to wait on shutting down DACA until after the meeting with Nieto, IMO.
We also need a border access road to allow movement of agents along the border to respond to entry threats. It is the key to controlling the border.

as to funds, how did Obama send millions to the Palestinians days before the end of his term and how did he send billions to Iran without anybody knowing about it until he was caught if there is no slush fund for the president to use?

Redirect money from planned parenthood and sanctuary cities until we get Mexico to pay us back. That might get some bricks in the wall. Not sure how much wall that would build but the sequeal factor seems fun
