While I understand your sentiment and frustration that they keep electing morons who don’t fix anything I respectfully disagree. There are American citizens there who are afraid to come out of their own house during the day or night - they deserve security.
The rats who run the town have made a mess of everything, but Obama’s DOJ did not help either with their “oversight” of the Chicago Police. This might be the most difficult problem he tackles and it will take a lot of resources.
Agreed. Practice wall building around that turd-world city, and let them shoot it out! Don’t fix dem sewers unless it benefits us.
