I suppose it would be ATF to come in and take the guns from the thugs. Stop and frisk will cause outrage but that is what it takes to solve the problem. An anonymous hotline would be nice for people to turn in those whom people know are committing crime and have illegal guns.
If Hillary had won they would be doing the stop and frisk on us!
I would rather the state of Illinois take care of it.
