My prediction was the Donald would lay it out in a press conference the appalling domestic terrorism of Chiraq, call up National Guard under DHS rules or leverage Gov to do it, lock down the west sides and south sides war zones, establish curfews, stop and frisk, ID checks. It can’t be fixed. Certain residents of Chicago are bent on violence and the only solution is to build a wall around the high crime areas and let them have at it. If they won’t control themselves, then nothing is going to stop them.

The problem in Chiraq is much bigger than this. That numerous agency option has been used several times in Gary, IN bastion of crime and deviancy, checkpoints, massive warrant searches, etc to good effect. Chiraqistan greater population, bigger area requires an army to handle all the wards of hell.

Nice try, but I’m not buying it. Chitcago, and other similar cities, are simply experiencing the good democRAT government their citizens voted for. Violence in these cities was actually worse in the ‘70s and the ‘90s, but nobody pretended it justified sending in the US armed forces or militia. And there’s no way in HELL anybody on this forum would have tolerated 0bama making a federal case of it, had he been so inclined.
He'd better yank the beam (NFA '34, GCA '68, FOPA '86) out of his own eye before presuming to remove the speck from any State's eye.
