I'm sorry for his family but I'm pleased that his drunk wife presumably harmed no one but herself while driving drunk and that if she does it again it will be in Spain. His contension that My wife is not a criminal, something that can happen to anybody is false. It's an easy crime not to commit. If she has a route to reenter the US legally, fine, if not, fine. No reason the family can't return to Spain with her. I'd also like to see CASA's payroll checked to see if they're employing other illegals.

She’s actually Bolivian, but moved to Spain as a teen and got her citizenship. I think it’s her Step father who is a Spaniard.

She went to the US to meet a guy online with a 30 day visa. Overstayed her visa while dating and marrying her illegal Bolivian husband. They have 2 children who were born here.

They were discussing divorce. She went out and thats when she got pulled over.

She obviously did not think about how their actions could effect their kids anymore than she thought about the consequences of drinking & driving.

It is irritating when I hear about these ‘anchor children’. The parents were quite selfish to gamble their future and putting their children in a bad situation when went on to have children here as an illegal alien.
