Actually, your suggestion was the FIRST time I saw a reason not to prosecute her. It goes with the paradigm "When your enemy is busy shooting themselves in the foot, why interrupt them?".
As related in the other posts, we believe that she is a toothless tiger with literally no way to rebound. If she is prosecuted and, thus, removed from the political debate, then these bozos will latch onto someone else who may be more of a threat. Why not let them waste their time?

No matter how many extra CA votes, Trump trounced her everywhere it mattered. There was and is nothing she could have done to change that.
I envision that when Hillary dies, it will be handled like some old high-level Soviet or Mao-era Chinese apparatchik - her handlers will wait several weeks to announce it, to make sure checks are all cashed and new positions are arranged.
She needs briefings?
Everything you say. And think about this:
How can you spend $1.2 Billion and not have a strategy in place to measure your progress every inch of the way? They knew. They told her. She ignored. (Or else they lied to her in the reports, and which of them will confess to that?)
Or maybe move back to Arkansas and run for Governor. Ha, ha, ha, ha! I wonder what percentage of the vote she would get? I'd say about 25%.
