Why not? States rights. Isn’t that what the GOP is all about? As long as the states pay for it too

Why not? Because the taxes are set at the federal level. I do not wish to support states that wish to keep this fiasco going.

I do not want ANY mandates left over from this ACA crap.

Kill the ACA. Kill it with fire.

If the states want something like it, let them initiate new legislation on their own and see if the people of their state want it.

Exactly, on states rights, but need to stress that no federal dollars are involved in whatever fuster-cluck programs those states come up with.

but the states wouldn’t be able to, since the subsidies stay. It’s the blue states that would keep it and they are the ones whose budgets are in the red.

They’d whine for federal money, along with news stories of people dying - might as well not allow all that crap to happen on purpose again. it doesn’t move us forward
