Don't mess with CNN.
That's the unvarnished version of a message that the network's president, Jeff Zucker, delivered to President-elect Donald Trump in an interview published on Thursday by New York magazine.
"One of the things I think this administration hasn’t figured out yet is that there’s only one television network that is seen in Beijing, Moscow, Seoul, Tokyo, Pyongyang, Baghdad, Tehran and Damascus - and that’s CNN," Zucker said. "The perception of Donald Trump in capitals around the world is shaped, in many ways, by CNN. Continuing to have an adversarial relationship with that network is a mistake."

Media relations experts — or, really, anyone with an ounce of common sense — would probably agree that Trump doesn't help his coverage by attacking CNN and its journalists. Reporters, anchors and producers are human, after all, and being called "terrible" or "fake news" or "wannabe journalist" can't possibly make anyone more sympathetic.
But journalists are called to try as hard as humanly possible to compartmentalize all that stuff and continue to cover Trump fairly. Revenge is not in the job description.
Maybe not your job description, fool.
These people have spent the last eight years aiding and abetting a man in the accumulation of immensely unprecedented power into the oval office. Can they really not appreciate the crap-storm they've just unleashed upon themselves?
Its a different world and the metrics have changed and you don't even have a clue.

To look down his snarky nose at the president and speak of him in public like that.
Trump isn't some air-headed illegal alien doper who just rode into office on the crest of an Affirmative Action wave.
Trump knows the voters who put him in office are here in Uncle Sam's America.
Not in all the foreign capitals that Zucker is so enamored with.
And he knows his voters are fed up with the biased reporting and the fake news that Zucker defends.
Talk about delusions of grandeur...
So, they BLATANTLY come out and say THEY control what the world thinks of our President. That THEY will determine how the world perceives him! It’s not about WHO/WHAT he is, but what THEY say he is!?! They are bragging about their power to make or break an American President-and DEMAND they be allowed to continue to do so! THAT is the problem. THAT is why they cannot be allowed to continue. They consider themselves the ultimate power...and Trump should utterly, finally put them in their place! They are to REPORT not create news, REPORT not tell us how to think about what they report. We need a Trump News Network. The Clinton NEws Network is no longer tolerable.
I suspect even foreign governments now know CNN is fake. And the idea that the President of the US should be required to genuflect before the boss of CNN is offensive, and would have been equally offensive if Obama was still in office.

So IOW, this guy is assuring us that #FakeNews will continue on CNN in response to Trumps criticisms. . .
What would CNN do that they are not already doing? Trump has nothing to lose by going to war with CNN.
Way over his pay grade, gone in less than two years, less if CNN is spun off.
Im’a bet a lot of those countries find alternatives to CNN fake news the more and more it is exposed

CNN’s LIAR “Zucker the Sucker” is scared and butthurt by the Breitbart Strategy (Steve Bannon and Julie Hahn) to put corporate media whores aka presstitutes like Zuckers CNN in the same line as everyone else..... end of the line in CNN’s case.

My opinion.
95% of all media in the US is owned by six corporations.
If you want a different opinion, you need to find that other 5%.
It’s a situation screaming for anti-trust enforcement if there ever was one.
