It IS a nice touch, but FWIW, I think she was going for portraying a urethra.

The urethra would be at the 12:00 position, not at the 6:00 position. Anatomically, it’s located immediately inferior to the clitoris.

FWIW, I buried my mother at age 92. She was not rich and yet she was cheerful, classy and beautiful. In fact, she had exhausted all the income which Dad and she had earned over many working years and carefully prepared for when she might have to enter a nursing home. That consumed so much that she had to apply for medicaid two months before she passed. She had found true joy, peace and love and was better to meet God than anyone I'd ever met.
She was a professional, accomplished woman, but a super mother. From the time my youngest brother was just out of diapers until I left home for college, a span of nearly a decade, she ate many cold suppers because she insisted the entire family should dine together while she read (with occasional turns from my father and us kids) from us out of the best books. These, of course, included the Bible, The Hiding Place (Corrie Ten Boom) and biographies of great Americans including Dr. Elizabeth Blackwell, Nathan Hale and Douglas MacArthur.Your mother sounded WONDERFUL. How fortunate you were to have such a woman as she was for you mother. Much of who you are today is because of her, I think.
I buried my 94-year-old mother three years ago. She was widowed at 48 years of age...WAY too young. She grieved and then traveled.
When she was 55 she started taking art classes, water color and etching. She got pretty good. My dad and sister were artists too--TRULY gifted.
My mother also started law school at 55. At 60 she took the state bar exam, passed it and practiced family law until she was 80.
My parents and sister were SOMETHING ELSE. I still miss them all VERY much but know that they are in Heaven praying for me.

Thanks for sharing. We should have a big freeper thread on mothers in May. I’ll bet there will be a lot of great stories . . . and tissue sales will go through the roof!
