How to you handle emergency / catastrophic care for the uninsured? Deny them life saving treatment due to their choice not to insure and their inability to pay?
You take care of them in the emergency room and garnish their wages for the rest of their lives just like before!!
Same way it was handled before ACA, but slimmed down and with more teeth.
Whining about denial of emergency care generally is a straw man argument proposed by those that want to just reach into the public wallet anytime they desire for whatever they desire. It is the rare exception to the norm, and the USA that USED TO HAVE the best health care system in the world managed just fine with voluntary charity for the extreme emergencies.
There is NO God given RIGHT to health care or perfect health, only a right to seek health care and allow charity.
