Does the money from the fines go into the US Treasury's general fund?

If so, I see a very nifty way of reducing the deficit on the backs of Soros and his ilk, especially if RCIO statutes are used which allow triple damages.

Better yet, lock down Soro's bank funds and redirect them to our deficit.

He is just as much a threat to America as is ISIS.
