Since FReepers are a compassional bunch, it may be some consolation to know that the fact that FR was down gave the poor depressed DUmmies one small bit of happiness on Inauguration Day. It took them less than 30 minutes to start celebrating.

I consider it something of a blessing because I was able to devote my full attention to the historic events of that day rather than blathering away on the keys ;-)
