Is voter fraud different from a hack of the voting machines by Russian sources? How about a hack from non-Russian sources?
It all apparently makes a difference whether you are benefited or damaged by the tampering with the vote count.
If there was any tampering, then prevaricating abut it is probably the best strategy for the party that was doing the tampering.
