CNN President Jeff Zucker says President-elect Donald Trump's attacks on his network are an attempt to "delegitimize journalism," adding that CNN's "credibility is higher than ever."
"It's just unfortunate that the most powerful person in the world is trying to delegitimize journalism and an organization that plays such a vital role in our democracy," Zucker told New York Magazine in an interview Wednesday.
"I think he's entitled to his opinion, but it's - to use one of his favorite words - sad."

Zucker must be covertly working for the 2 “bottom feeders” who intend to buy CNN out of bankruptcy for 10 cents on the dollar : )
Yes, with lunatics.
In my book, CNN has negative credibility ... I assume they stating the exact opposite of the truth.
I’ve always thought Rush should buy CNN. It would become the Conservative News Network and dominate cable, and the news
CNN’s “credibility is higher than ever.”
This, too, is the story of Barack Obama
They’re all stupid and delusional.
CNN’s credibility strengthened by recent quiet hire of Jarrett’s UN-experienced daughter to cover Trump DOJ.
CNN president: Network’s ‘BULL SH!T is higher than ever’
Fixed that for ‘em.
A fake news organization reporting fake news about fake news.
Don’t forget airports.
To CNN headman, Jeff Zucker - Dear Mr. Zucker,....If you are born dumb, and you know it...you will do just fine as you travel the path of life...but, if you are born dumb, and, you think you are smart,...yu are in for some mighty big trouble!!! Ego destroys...it never nurtures!!!
Hard to believe that there was a time when CNN was King - they owned the 24 hour news business.
CNN’s “credibility is higher than ever.”

The Clinton News Network is only credible to Clinton acolytes.
It is reminiscent of the 2008 election. The media cried that they, and they alone, were the authorities on vetting (primarily of Obama, then). No other entity was vested with that task.
Then, the weekend before the election was the Brokaw-Rose exchange on the Charlie Rose program. In it Brokaw and Rose discussed how little they knew about Obama, what he reads, what his thinking was, yada yada yada.
Brokaw was sort of considered an emeritus journalism. Even so, he and Rose basically admitted that the media failed in their vetting of Obama.
And they kept on failing year after year through both terms.
Even recently one of the media commentators said that, even after 8 years, they don't know much about Obama.
[Sadly, the most of the American people do.]
If most people weren’t compelled to subsidize CNN with their cable bill, they would have been long gone.
ESPN would be gone too.
