The objection to this B2 strike seems to be that they expended well in excess of 100 weapons to kill less than 100 bad guys (and trash their base).
A typical ARC LIGHT involved several B52s, each one carrying in the neighborhood of 100 bombs. So my point is to compare bad guys per bomb in this strike to BG/B in Viet Nam.
I’ve often wondered about crew rest with the B-2’s carrying only two pilots. To bomb there from the US means a 12-16 hour round trip for the crew. The P-3 and P-8 carry three pilots so they can spell each other, and neither can do air-to-air refueling. Of course, the P-3 NAV has no relief, either.
Yup. And $70,000 Hellfires are designed to take out tanks. Apaches could have taken care of this fast and furious and cheaper.
Not my point. There are better ways to hit targets in Libya than launching heavy stealth bombers from Whitman AFB in Missouri.
I can see Trump issue a dead-terrorist/cost-to-kill index and say we can do much better at lowering the cost so we can kill more.

Rather a poor use of expensive ordnance. If you need that many precision munitions to kill so few terrorists you need to go back and retake Bombing 101.
It is called a nuke. LGM-30 (Minuteman-III) cost about $7M per. If you look at the total costs of fuel costs, bomb costs, operator costs, it is significantly more costly to use conventional weapons per kill.
