As the White House press corps prepares for a Donald Trump Administration that has spent months disparaging and marginalizing the traditional media, President Barack Obama, whose own relationship to the press corps has been rocky at times, spent the beginning of his last press conference as President giving them a pep talk, and urging them to tell truth to power.

During his teary-eyed presentation speech, he referred to himself some 97 times while gloriously expounding on his many accomplishments, performances and outstanding golf games.

Through tears of joy during the acceptance speech, he referred to himself another 163 times expounding upon his many successes and how smart he is.

We breathlessly await more medals of this type to be awarded to Barack Obama.

Does anyone think there is any risk at all of the media fawning over President Trump the way they have done for the outgoing socialist ever since Barack Hussein’s first speech? The real President could say “good morning”, and CNN/NYT/WaPo would all attack him for it.

Makes you wonder why Boobamba would go out of his way to mention the term sycophant at all to the press.  Sure, they have been sycophants, but to mention it just as he leaves office suggests Obama is laughing at the press!  I would be mighty upset if I was a member of the press corps.
