He had a wall built which blocked the ocean view shared by long term residents adjoining his newly acquired estate. Believe the homeowners initiated suit based on diminished property values with the altered landscape.

He is quite zealous about his privacy, but not so much for the privacy of others.
This is a man who can afford to offer a fair price so that they want to sell, which would be the ethical approach to getting what he wants. But he’s a democrat, so he’s stealing the land. Liberals disgust me.
