I contend that the ONLY way to start over on this boscare crap is to start by ELIMINATING the waivers and make EVERYONE buy into it effective 1202 20JAN17.
BY 1 FEB the unions and Pols will have the program shut down.
As long as people can PRIVATELY vote themselves a raise, snap their fingers and a chauffeured car or plane shows up and doing it all on OPM we have a problem.
Remember the original Congress was once every 2 years instead of a dance at the Grange Hall, the people of the surrounding counties would gather today and pick some poor SOB to travel to Washington a couple of times a year to represent everyone else.
The people that sent them would help tend to his farm or business while he was doing ‘Government Work’.
Two years later they would gather again and put a new sucker in place.
Then someone discovered he could get rich if he could CHARGE everyone while he was gone, so then he would BEG to be sent back and he the ONLY one that could afford to ‘campaign’.... the rest is History or BS..
Someone mentioned about the Cabinet sec that rode his bike to work every day... They didn’t mention the idling SUVs that were his security team.
