Not a word about “safe minority’ districts. The Dims where hoisted on their own racial quota systems petard in Congressional districts. Did the Pubbies gerrymander? Yes and in large part by partnering up with Dim minority candidates. In order to get enough minorities into a district to guarantee the election of a minority candidate requires some areas to be very homogenous. Oh the racial political irony that you need a broad dispersal of minorities to elect white Democrats.

He also ignores the fact that Dims have a minority racial preference in their primaries as well. Special interest group’s votes are more heavily weighted so as to generate more minority candidates.

So when you overlay minority weighted primaries on minority safe congressional districts and those on over minority concentrated geographic areas you a have a 3X dilution of minority voting power. Especially y when you consider that most minorities vote Dim.

I’ve mentioned this exact same thing in several posts here on FR. It’s especially obvious in Georgia, where an alliance between (mostly white, rural) Republicans and Atlanta-area (mostly black) Democrats has resulted in three “safe” districts for blacks in the House of Representatives and about a dozen such districts in the state legislature.
