>>As liberal elites lose power ...this will come back...
This, being the rule of Law over the rule of men - where the “ends” do NOT justify the amoral and tyrannical “means” (even when he indoctrinated, self-worshiping, knee-jerking majority believes it does).
Seems lots of folks have forgotten (or never learned, or were never taught) how to RTFM and constrain their behavior within the specified purpose declared for the Republic's framework of Governance.
Figuring out what a system was supposed to do is usually a prerequisite part of the process of salvaging it.
Fortunately the U.S.A.'s government specs are written in stone with that in mind:
The specs don't don't seem to mention a L.I.F.E.r.-time supply of milk, apples, and whiskey for whoever manages to secure themselves in the bed of the White farmhouse (or a different rental property in the same district) - Wif sheets, or otherwise!
So did Manning.
I guess liberal elites who commit espionage get a pass - - ‘cause they're part of the elite's team.
Well, that's Kleptocracy for ya - and why we need a POTUS who abides by our system of checks and balances, instead of a pen-happy Golfer In Chief.
>>So did Manning.
SMH. Yeah well. At least the flies will self-identify themselves when they start landing on that divisive fruit.
But, should Trump pardon Assange and the wikileakers?
When government, or a government entity, is operating contrary to the specification "TO SECURE THESE RIGHTS"... WE THE PEOPLE are ultimately responsible for pushing the reset button.
Where does obtaining Podesta's "private" emails fit into the context of that, and the intent of the 2nd amendment, in a weaponized cyberian landscape?
I don't know - it's kind of a 'Pentagon Papers' thing... Assange didn't steal the papers, he didn't sell the information, he released it - much like a newspaper might with 'leaked material'.
I just don't know...
Manning's easy for me - that was espionage. Mannning put our brave people as risk for profit... fry him. Julian Assange falls into a grayer area... Sorry - I'm clueless on this one.
