How much will actually be spent on “alternative energy” and how much will get funneled into “climate change” political advocacy is any one’s guess.

You are being generous in assuming that much of the money will funneled into something that at least the left considers useful. I am thinking despots Swiss bank accounts and luxuries (e.g. $4K suits).
