I thought that only congress could authorize money for anything. What’s up with this worthless waste of money?
The Economic Support Fund appropriation is being used, as it was for the first half billion payment.
Assuming there’s that much in the fund, Obama seem’s to be following the law.
He’s done a lot of this. The world elites have taken over the US govt and we the tax payer pays the Bill. This govt needs to be blown up and started over. Obama has stolen billions,of I’m Trump I arrest all the people getting the money and take all the money back. The Fed reserve is garbage.
