It’s hard to decide who is the dumbest, there are so many stupid Democrats to choose from: Maxine Waters, Sheila Dumb@ss Jackson Lee, John Lewis, Barbara Boxer (thankfully now gone but her successor is just as bad), Fauxahontas, etc.
