I voted for Jimmy Carter in 1980. I believed all the predictions of doom if Ronald Reagan got in office.

By 1984, it was obvious the predictions were totally wrong. It was obvious the Democrats and media were lying. And I’ve voted GOP ever since (except I voted for the announced Democrat for AZ senator in 2010 & 2016 - No McCain, Never).

I suspect a lot of snowflakes in their 20s are about to spend 4+ years learning what Ronald Reagan taught me!

I foolishly voted for John Anderson in 1980. The crap I believed about Reagan was a lot like the crap today's snowflakes believe about Trump. It's amazing what people will believe when they don't know any real facts and operate on callow emotions.

I followed the Anderson vote with votes for Mondale in '84, Dukakis in '88 and the Slickster in '92. By '94 I was enthusiastically voting in the Republican "contract for America". I have not voted 'rat since '92, but I have not had to vote against a back-stabbing Judas like McCain as you have.
