On what quality, maintenance frequency?
If I read you right, the new Mercedes are on a 10,000 mile service. Basic oil change and a few checks at 10K and a few extra items at 20K. I assume a lot of cars are going that way now that they have started using 100% synthetic oil and most don’t really need much to stay healthy these days.
