It may be legal, but it’s still morally wrong.

It’s morally wrong if you deliberately aim to kill them. But if they endanger you, you have the right to self defense and for me, that means hitting the gas if you have to to get out of dodge.

Besides, it sill teach the others to not hang out in the middle of the road.

“It may be legal, but it’s still morally wrong.”

It only applies to unintentional or negligent acts so how could it be morally wrong?

Oh? So busting out your windows and dragging you out of your car to be you to a pulp is morally correct. Okay, got it.

I think that word "moral," does not mean what you think it means.

Tell that to Reginald Denny.

You get out of a situation like that because mobs will murder you.

The bill says “unintentionally”. How can something unintentional be morally wrong?

It’s morally wrong to block roads and delay ambulances carrying persons in need of critical medical care, too. That’s exactly what these idiots are doing. If this is what it takes to get asshats to stop blocking roads, then so be it.

Not so fast. I think you didn't notice that word "unintentionally" in the description.

driver of a motor vehicle who unintentionally causes injury or death to an individual obstructing vehicular traffic

Protesters should learn to look both ways before they obstruct cars going 70 mph.

I agree that it is morally wrong for them to try to block my way because they are upset by someone else.

I am hitting the horn and driving through.

It may be morally wrong, but it's about time.
