I will have to do some research about which vehicles do this. Never like the idea about being afoot if I don’t need or want to.

There you go.
And perhaps a bug shield.
You don’t want nasty stuff in your radiator grill work.
It could slow you down later. No need for that.

I’m not against the bill, but I am against the authorities for not spraying these scumbags with icewater.
High-pressure icewater.

How is this bill going to distinguish between protestors and people merely walking along the side of the road?Yeah, I don't see this working very well. It'll be, "Yee haw, how many points do I get for that guy?"

It may be legal, but its still morally wrong Not so fast. I think you didn't notice that word "unintentionally" in the description.
driver of a motor vehicle who unintentionally causes injury or death to an individual obstructing vehicular traffic

That was my first thought, but *they* had a permit, and were legally allowed to be there, if I remember the story line.
I'd be more for targeting the BLM types that encased their limbs in barrels filled with concrete, and got dropped off in, um, on interstates in Boston, and I think Minneapolis.
To: Drango
That is something that needs to go national.

People walking along the side of the street don't jump in front of cars on interstates using a cell phone as a signal light.

Protesters should learn to look both ways before they obstruct cars going 70 mph.

The person merely walking along the side of the road is NOT ‘obstructing’.
Definition: Obstruct
verb
Law
commit the offense of intentionally hindering (a legal process).
To: DuncanWaring
an individual obstructing vehicular traffic...
That’s a semantics question. This is a serious board.

I dont they should be blocking the road either.
When have they done this?
Why all the semantic questions on here.
Go to a metaphysical website for those answers.

It may be legal, but its still morally wrong. I agree that it is morally wrong for them to try to block my way because they are upset by someone else.
I am hitting the horn and driving through.
