Many of the Inspector Generals are not approved by Congress as required by law. They are acting IG’s appointed by Obama.
For example, the State Department IG for 5 years, including the entire Hillary period, was an Obama cronie as the job was vacant and Obama did not send anyone to Congress for approval.
No wonder the email scandal was overlooked!!!
Well then why did not the legislative pussies defund the positions until the law was complied with?
