I once cited (with links) the CDC stats on HIV to a liberal - to demonstrate that homosexuals have a much higher incidence of HIV than the general population.
Her response was classic liberal: “That’s old data”.
Trust me - for around 20 years now, school kids have been taught that you get HIV from dirty needles, and it has nothing to do with sexual preference. I would guess your average school teacher, journalist, politician believes it.

As I recall, there are AT LEAST 80,000 NEW infections ANNUALLY. Of that, about 80% were from homosexual conduct, and of those, about 80% were young people.
So it’s not surprising that the young, naive, “it’s ok, it’s who you are” gullibles are the ones with the most to lose . . and are losing.
I also suspect the CDC’s numbers are purposely under estimated due to the politicization of AIDS. There’s FAR more out then then government is letting on.
Yet the left all gets its panties in a wad over “gun violence” but totally ignores HIV/AIDS esp amongst young males.
And I haven’t even mentioned other STDs yet.
AIDS patients are closely watching the pre-existing condition issue with ObamaCare and its replacement because they have massive bills - those treatments aren’t cheap. Other homosexuals are watching because they know they have a good chance of getting it as well.
