There needs to be an SLA (Service Level Agreement) between an elected congresscritter and his constituency. If his district does not achieve a certain level of growth after two terms, he is eliminated from running from a third term.
Measure it against key performance indicators like crime, employment, infrastructure, housing. Provided those indicators show positive growth the congressmen gets through the tollgate for another term.
Best part about this if the congressmen tries to fudge the numbers, it is a felony punishable by 10 years in prison. This will force the congressmen to do more for his constituency than suck at the government teet while eating at Lutece.

Agree. I like to see Trump invite Lewis back to the Republican party the party of his Great Great Grandfather. The PBS show with Henry gates chronicled Lewis’ grandfather out of slavery and his voting record. Lewis saw the record of his grand father voting multiple times and then it stopped. Lewis asked why did it stop. Gates told him, the Democrats got elected. Lewis’s reaction was priceless. The Island originally was Watson Island! Pappy Chalk’s Air Service was on SW tip of island. My family fished often at Mr. Chalk’s landing ramp. He flew Grumman amphibians(Apaches, and Wigeons(?).
Jungle Island(Different Organization) was on the Miami River at 27 Ave. Col. Paul Warfield Tibbets, Jr. lived a few blocks away just prior to WW2.

I agree. These marxists Democrats have gotten away with saying the most preposterous things for years. Lewis who has sat on his civil rights laurels of his past for too long and has done nothing meaningful or noteworthy since. They are cultural marxists and they need to be defeated.
