Why don’t we just teach strict birth control (cutting tubes) and abortion to these people.
If they continue to raise kids (children) to be martyrs, instruct them that in their case abortion is feasible up to the 9th YEAR.
This is a case that if we had sterilized them YEARS ago, they would have went the route of the Shakers...
Just a thought albeit ‘foolish’ but.....
