I never much cared for circuses. As a child, my parents took me to the Shrine Circus, and I was more interested in the architecture of the arena than in the circus itself.

Same here. Never had a desire as a kid to see one and refused once when my mother wanted to take me.

I bit the bullet for my own kids though.
