Former Gov. Martin O’Malley asserted President-elect Donald Trump is an evil man on par with the Nazis and the KKK on Twitter Saturday night, and said he would “fight.”
“Now is not the time for reconciliation,” the failed Democratic presidential candidate tweeted. “Dietrich Bonhoeffer didn’t reconcile with the Nazis. MLK didn’t reconcile with the KKK. Now we fight”
O’Malley’s tweet is part of what appears to be a Democrat campaign to delegitimize Trump’s win, undermine his presidency and encourage anyone who will listen not to accept the results of the election

And to think that such a warped individual once had a position of responsibility in Maryland, and thought of himself (as almost no one else did) as a potential president.
It has occurred to me that anyone who likens Trump to Hitler or the KKK also likens Trump voters to Nazis and Klansmen. That includes me, and my aunt, and my father, and my sixth-grade teacher, and tons of other people I know. Brownshirts and sheet-wearers, every one.

This is tragic in that you have to downplay so significantly who Hitler and the KKK were to slander Trump this way.
What about young people? They’ve seen Trump. Many of them like the man. Are they supposed to reduce the man Hitler and the group KKK so that Trump is then the same as them?
What about all the people who died in WWII in Europe? What about the death camps? They didn’t happen?
This is a crime against history.
