Exulted by Donald Trump's victory in the U.S., the Kremlin is counting the days to his inauguration and venting its anger at Barack Obama's outgoing administration, no holds barred.
Careful not to hurt chances for a thaw in U.S.-Russia relations, President Vladimir Putin and other Russian officials have deferred questions about their plans for future contacts with Trump and any agenda for those talks until he takes office on Friday.
Trump's open admiration of Putin has brought wide expectations of improved Moscow-Washington relations, but Trump has not articulated a clear Russia policy. His Cabinet nominees include both a retired general with a hawkish stance on Russia and an oil executive who has done extensive business in Russia.

Part of Hussein's goals was to destroy governments in the Middle East with wars and drive huge numbers of refugees to the west.
The growing Muslim populations would tend to destablize western governments and the ISIS led terrorist attacks would eventually become a factor.
Hussein is trying anything to drive a wedge between Russia and the US because both leaderships want to kill Muslims who are involved in terrorism.

America is at war with itself. Putin, like any other despot, is simply exploiting the divisions in this country to his own advantage.
The Global elites thought that their plan to reduce America to “just another country” would be complete with Hillary’s election. Her failure has sent the Globalists, the Ruling Class, and the International Progressivists into a fury never seen before.
Putin and Trump have two things in common: Both are nationalists who want their countries to succeed. Both despise the Globalists. But to say that Putin wants a successful, prosperous, and free America and sees America as an ally is simply not true.
Putin and the International Progressivists, the Ruling Class, the Globalists are competing interests who share the same goal of reducing the United States to an also-ran.
But with Putin it is and always will be “Russia First.” Putin would rather face off with the Globalists than a resurgent America under Trump.
The next four years are going to be very, very interesting indeed.
Trump said the things he needed to say to ensure Putin knew he wanted to start off with a clean slate. That's presidential. The press bought off on it all hook line and sinker.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova went further.
"If 'Russian hackers' hacked anything in America, there were two things: Obama's brain, and, of course, the report about 'Russian hackers,'" she wrote on Facebook.
Zakharova charged that "Obama and his illiterate foreign policy team have dealt a crushing blow to America's prestige and leadership" and described his administration as "a bunch of geopolitical losers, enraged and shortsighted."
Obama's administration still has a few days left to "destroy the world," Zakharova wrote.
1. US agreement to destroy weaponized Plutonium sent from Russia as part of an arms limitation treaty. Russia kept their end of the agreement and burned up the supplies sent by US in a reactor. The Obama administration scraped the reactor and used a chemical process to render the Plutonium inert. However the process could be reversed and thus a violation of the agreement. Russia quit the agreement in disgust last year.
2. The US made a deal to have early elections in the Ukraine to decide the EU trade deal issue. A week late the US backed the coup that overthrew the elected government.
3. Finally the US aggregated to fully cooperate with Russia in Syria to attack terrorists groups. A day later the US Air force launched an attack on Syrian troops violating both the agreement and almost giving an entire city to ISIS. It's strongly suspected that the attack was launched by the pentagon to derail the agreement. Instead of apologizing to the Syrian government and the Russians, the Obama administration launched an attack against Russia and Syria in the UN.
With this last act the Russian government declared that the US government was not “agreement capable”. This means that parts of the US government act on their own accord and there's really no one they could negotiation a binding agreement with. This is the great peril of electing a very weak leader like Obama.
They expect Trump to be a much stronger leader and thus someone they can make binding agreements with.
