I think civil rights activist types need to see racism around every corner because that’s how they bring home the bacon. Even if it isn’t there, they need to see it and they need to fight it or they lose their raison d’être and become obscure and unneeded.

Right you are! This behavior, that seems to be common across liberal-dom, makes me start to think these people are all narcissists and what we are seeing is full blown narcissistic rage. I have plenty of experience observing narcissistic rage and honestly, these ongoing tantrums by the media and the rest of the snowflakes look just like narcissistic rage. Only thing you can do is ignore them. If you react, it just gives them supply.

Taking the civil rights gains and trying to trade them for political power cheapens everything that has happened.

In the 1960s Democrats controlled many of our major cities and blacks who lived in those cities struggled economically.

They need to establish IQ, drug/alcohol, and cognizance testing for Members of Congress.
To make these ciivil rights ‘icons’ feel better it would be better for President Trump to suggest America returns to a pre-slavery era, not pre-civil rights era. Would address so many problems. I think America could withstand the 13% population reduction.
You are probably right. But there is lots for them to do. Helping black youth get a decent education, jobs, mentoring those without fathers. The work to be done is huge.
