Ive spent several winters in Oklahoma City. That area too rocks and rolls. Friends doing crack repairs often. Each part of country has its issues/problems it seems.

I was going to say except for East Tennessee. But it seems we’ve brought the wildfires from Mexifornia with us. I hope we didn’t bring earthquakes too!
